Personal Trainer » Push Your Limits Personal Training
My name is Nick Irons. I am a personal trainer in Montgomery County, Maryland Washington DC, and northern Virginia. Why work with me? Bottom line, you will feel better and see results quickly (and so will you spouse, partner, friends and co-workers). I can help start you on the road to success in achieving your fitness goals, and motivate you to go further than you ever thought possible. When you work with me, you get: I made history when I swam 1,550 miles down the Mississippi River—from Minneapolis to Baton Rouge—becoming the first person in seventy years to swim North America’s longest waterway. I followed my swim with a five month, 10,000-mile bike tour around the perimeter of the United States. I am a Certified Conditioning Specialist (CCS) through the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA). NSPA features the HIT System (High Intensity Strength Training), which is one of the safest, most effective, and time-efficient strengthening systems available. I am excited and energized as a trainer in seeing the success and happiness of my clients. I will do whatever it takes to make sure my clients are happy. I am not a screamer or a drill sergeant. I get to know you personally and learn what I have to do to motive you to achieve your fitness goals. I make exercise fun, because if you’re not enjoying your workouts, you’ll quit. When you work with me, you’ll smile and laugh, you’ll never look at your watch, and you‘ll wonder where the time went. Please visit my website at www.MarylandpersonalTrainer.com. Then call me at 301-530-9236 to get started. I guarantee you will be very happy you did. |
